Orzo Puttanesca

  • 1 Roasted Red Pepper

  • 5 Olives Chopped

  • 1 Tablespoon of Capers

  • 1 Clove of Garlic Minced

  • 3 Tablespoons of Olive Oil

  • 2 Tablespoons of cooking oil

  • 3 Tablespoons of Balsamic Vinegar

  • 4 Tablespoons Chopped Parsley

  • 4 Tablespoons Chopped Basil

  • 1 Green Onion Diced

  • 1 # Orzo Pasta Dry

Boil the orzo pasta drain and cool with water. Then add 1 table spoon of olive oil to the pasta to stop it from sticking together.  In a hot pan add cooking oil onions and peppers. Cook until onions turn translucent. Add the cappers, garlic, and olives, Cook until the garlic starts to get color. Pour in the olive oil, vinegar, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Add this mixture to the pasta and stir in the herbs.
