Soy Sesame Chicken

  • 5 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce

  • 4 teaspoons toasted sesame oil

  • 2 tablespoons honey

  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced

  • 1 tablespoon grated peeled ginger

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/4 cup low-sodium chicken broth

  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar

  • 1/4 teaspoon all spice or Chinese five spice

  • 1/4 teaspoon coriander

Soy Sesame Galze

Preheat the oven to 475. Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Use a pan that can go in the oven.  Sear the chicken to a nice brown on both sides. Put the chicken in the oven for about 10 minutes. Then take it out of the oven and pour in the glaze. Flip the chicken around to coat it as the glaze cooks. Place chicken on the plate and pour cooked glaze over.
