Tofu Stir Fry

1 package of firm tofu, drained and dried with a towel

1 bunch of green onions, whites diced, green sliced

2 carrots, peeled, and sliced thin

2 cups green peas

2 eggs wisked

2 tablespoons of soy sauce

2 tablespoons of vegetable stock

2 teaspoons of sesame oil

1/2 teaspoon all spice

salt and pepper to taste

3 tablespoons of oil
Boil the carrots in water for 10 minutes. In a hot pan heat 2 tablespoons of oil and the tofu in pan. When the tofu has browned on both side take out of the pan and set aside. In a hot pan add one tablespoon of oil and the onions. When the onions for water drops on the outside, add the peas and carrots. Once the onions start to become translucent add the tofu, and the sauce. Once the sauce has been soaked up by the tofu serve over rice and top with green onion.
